What you'll need to sign up:

  • Your current energy supplier's name

  • Your meter point reference numbers (MPAN for electricity, MPRN for gas)

  • A recent energy bill or your current meter readings

  • Your contact details and payment information

The sign-up process takes about 10 minutes and you can complete it entirely online. We'll handle all the switching details with your old supplier-no need for you to contact them or worry about any interruption to your energy supply.

Once you've submitted your application, we'll send you a confirmation email with your account details and what to expect next. Most switches are completed within 2-3 weeks, though sometimes it can take a little longer depending on your current supplier.
