Your meter numbers are like your energy supply's home address-they help us identify exactly which meters we'll be supplying. Don't worry, finding them is easier than you might think!
For electricity (MPAN): Your MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) is a 13-digit number that identifies your electricity meter. You can find it:
On your current electricity bill (usually near the top or in the account details section)
On the meter itself (though it might be partially hidden)
By contacting your current supplier
It typically looks like this: 10 12345 67890 123
For gas (MPRN): Your MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number) is a 6-10 digit number for your gas supply. Look for it:
On your gas bill
On your meter (sometimes displayed digitally)
From your current gas supplier
It's usually just a string of numbers: 1234567890
Can't find your numbers? No problem! If you have a recent energy bill handy, just upload it during the sign-up process and we'll extract the information for you. Alternatively, give us a call and we'll help you track them down together.
